24 Hour Fitness - Sugar Land review

Been coming here for many.. many years.. They disappoint in terms of unfriendly staff workers whom ignore you whenever you walk into the gym. Wheres the customer service? Its certainly lacking. A few of the staff members are friendly (mostly the males) and a few of the male trainers. They often run out of towels and the gym is very warm during the winter. Why? I feel as if they turn off the AC during the winter season which makes for an unpleasant and stuffy workout. It's uncomfortable. I never use the gym showers or lockers. Why bother? I carry my purse with me throughout my workout rather than using one of the lockers. I often leave sweaty, messy and comfortably shower at my home which is in the neighborhood. If you're here to simply just workout and use a few machines then you'll be able to handle this gym. It's what I do. I come here to quietly workout and leave. Don't even bother to converse with the strange crowd whom float around this gym. I hope 24 hour fitness can provide complimentary wifi eventually as well. They are overdue. My two cents here.
