Bella Coffee & Gelato review

I tried out this new gelato cafe a few days ago and enjoyed my stay. There isn't much seating, but the interior environment is comfortable. I came in here after I ate at Bombay Pizza Company, which is next door to the gelato cafe. Both places are owned by the same folks, so the good news is that you get 10 percent off any item at the gelato cafe after dining at their pizza restaurant. As much as I love pannacotta and a few other classic Italian gelato flavours, I was in the mood of trying an exquisite flavor. I love anything with spices, so I opted for the cardamom salted caramel gelato. Although different from one another, the flavours blended well together. I enjoyed the aroma and taste of the cardamom in my gelato. It is one of my favourite spices and it hits home. Overall, the gelato was good, but I do feel it could have had a smoother texture. I love the fact that Bella Coffee and Gelato have fusion flavors for their selection of gelato. I hope that they can continue serving up some unique concoctions. I would love to see more South - Asian inspired gelato flavours. I haven't tried any of the beverages yet, but I am looking forward to sipping a warm drink when the weather starts cooling off. I also forgot to mention the wonderful customer service I experienced when I came into this cafe. Just the service and hospitality in itself kept me there longer. It is these little things that matter, and I believe the folks at Bella Coffee and Gelato have polished their skills in making it happen.
