Empire Cafe has the best pasta and cake - hands down! The portions are great & the food is simple and flavorful. Salads & soups are tasty as well. The coffee drinks are okay, but of a nice variety. They are a bit too sweet for my liking. Other than that, the service and staff here are nice. The outdoor patio has plentiful seating, if you feel like sitting outside. The indoor seating is nice as well and makes for a cozy environment at night. Good place to come by if you're looking for a bite to eat for brunch, lunch, or dinner.
